contract with EMI. Mariah has been bought out of her contract for £19M
allegedly because of the poor performance of her album Glitter
and her unsuccessful movie last year.
A Music Week correspondent talked about this and
said that huge artists will always be in demand and Mariah will probably
be looking at the opportunities ahead of her.
