When a non-fan likes the concert, you know it had to be good:
It’s infectious, you know. My husband and I went along to this show because a friend called last-minute with free tickets. We sat in the nosebleeds (literally, five rows from the top) and proceeded to poke fun at everything before the lights went down. But a couple of songs in, I was ready to dance like it was 1989 again, because here I must admit, I was at the Faith tour, screaming alongside thousands of rabid teenage girls. This couldn’t possibly measure up, right?
So wrong. Throngs of other moms, dads, gay guys, straight guys, girls-night-out groups and other types danced from the moment the first note sounded ’til the lights came up, about two and a half hours later. As I might have said when I was 14: OMG, that was awesome.

Last night my two daughters (ages 14 and 11) and i attended the George Michael concert at San Diego Sports arena. Oh My God!! He was Awesome!! I have NEVER enjoyed any concert more than this. We danced and sang from the second he stepped on stage. He looks absolutely amazing, his voice sounds wonderful and can he move!! Me and my girlz all got t-shirts (they LOVE his music and him as much as i do)and had a great time. WE LOVE YOU GEORGE MICHAEL!! u put on one hell of a show!
I took my 9 year old daughter, in a hot pink cast & sporting a GM T-shirt! Broken ankle and all, there she was on top of her chair dancing and screaming away! George, you still got it going on, boy!! YEA! Hello to Kenny, nice dedication! Catch you again, maybe Friday in Anaheim… Sabrina & Mikaela Drake (my husband so missed out!!)
To the review posted…People only going because they get free tickets..wow..must be nice to not a be a big fan and get free tickets..at least he made fans of you. 🙂
I guess I was still hoping he would still add a show in Michigan looks like its not gonna happen.
Thrilled to say I was at the San Jose concert – 4th row center – thru the fan club! Great view. George looked and sounded amazing. He was charming and looked so pleased at the full arena of adoring fans who applauded, screamed and danced from beginning to end. I was so happy for him, since he was a bit unsure of how the U.S. tour would be received. Also met unbelievable fans who had been to all his European concerts and were seeing each North American concert as well. I am so jealous! Go Saundra and Holden! Looking forward to Boston (& maybe Chicago) if I can!) Have fun, George! And thanks, Kenny, for your support of George which made this possible.
i saw george michael at san diego Sports Arena and i travel to las vegas MGM to see him, it was fuc@#$ amazing!
