George Michael is still enjoying his trip to Australia with boyfriend Fadi Fawaz, according to the Daily Mail.  The two can be seen walking about and holding hands. The article itself is a rehash of news already reported.

George Michael has moved on from his holiday in Maldives and is now with Fadi Fawaz in Australia.  According to Confidential, George Michael said he was “all but” better and hoped to be back on stage soon.

“I don’t know if you heard, but I nearly died,” he said after lunching at Sydney restaurant Otto Ristorante.

“I’m feeling great … everything’s back in check.”

Confirming he is “just holidaying” after shelving his April Symphonic concert dates, the 48-year-old singer hinted: “I’ll be here a couple of weeks … I may be back for Mardi Gras. We’ll see.”

Fadi Fawaz posted a photo of the pair at the Sydney Opera House on Twitter, saying “It doesn’t get any much better than this. The most beautiful view and the most beautiful man :)”

George Michael’s boyfriend Fadi Fawaz is posting pictures of their holiday.  George said Fadi is posting the photos because, “I jumped in the decking pool with my iPhone in my shorts pocket yesterday. AAArghh!”

George is on his “First real holiday in many years. Bliss. Not the slightest chance of controversy. I may have to flash room service or summat,” he wrote to his Twitter audience.

 

George Michael has been talking about his recovery from pneumonia and new songs he is working on.

George said, “Even my tracheotomy scar is healing nicely in the sun, was looking a bit Bride of Chucky for a while. Spoke to doctors before I came away and they told me my recovery is way quicker than can usually be expected so I’m happy as Larry.”

He also said: “People, I’m excited….just finishing a ballad that I think is going to make you think my eighties self has been re-born! Which I suppose it has in a way. :)”

The Daily Mail is showing new photos of George Michael out on the town last night. There are also references to George Michael’s Twitter posts about the day before he went into septic shock.

This is the new song that he had added to the lineup before he was admitted to the hospital for pneumonia.  George Michael said, “Before I go, should clarify earlier comment about “The Recluse”. When I said it put me in hospital, I meant that I added it to the set in Frankfurt, and it seemed to be the last straw as far as my body was concerned. Fecking great song though. String players. Dogz Bollocks!”

“The Recluse” is a song by English hip hop artist Plan B, whose real name is Benjamin Paul Ballance-Drew. It was released in 2010 as the fourth single from his second album, The Defamation of Strickland Banks.
