New Book by Jazz Summers, Former Wham! Manager

Amazon Ad

Jazz Summers, a former Wham! manager along with Simon Napier Bell, has a new book entitled Big Life (Amazon Ad).

The Daily Mail has an excerpt of the book, which details how Summers made the “Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go” video shoot look bigger than it was and how George Michael usually only responded to the name “Yog” when drunk.

Jazz Summers isn’t the first to write about his experience managing Wham!  Simon Napier Bell wrote I’m Coming To Take You To Lunch: A fantastic tale of boys, booze and how Wham! were sold to China (Amazon Ad) in 2006.

The picture shows a scar on the back of his head.  The article also mentions a scar on his left elbow. The photo was taken as George stepped out of a vehicle outside his home in Highgate, north London, on Thursday.

The official George Michael site says:

George Michael was a passenger in a vehicle involved in a traffic accident yesterday evening, no third party was involved.  He is being treated for superficial cuts and bruises but is fine.  We have no further comment at this time.

No Charges for George Michael After Accident

According to the Mirror, George Michael will not face any charges for falling out of a car onto the M1 near St Albans, Hertfordshire, on May 16, 2013.  He gave traffic police a statement after leaving the hospital last week, and the officers have now closed the case. His driver also gave police a statement along with another passenger.

George Michael also was not fine for failing to have his seatbelt fastened. It is an offense for drivers or passengers not  to wear a seatbelt where one is fitted.

A spokeswoman for the force told MailOnline:  ‘We’re not taking any further action against anybody in the vehicle.’
